The Sanger Institute will provide genomics, bioinformatics, and immunopathology experience through advanced sequencing and imaging methods. Using our repertoire of data from patient groups spanning COVID-19, healthy, and non-COVID-19 infected individuals we aim to identify unique features of the immune system in COVID-19 disease, in different organ contexts, which can be utilised to improve patient management and help identify new targets for therapies.
